Mark and I are going to our new dentist today and I'm being a gigantor baby about it. At least I will have my huz there to keep me company!

Filming a commercial at the salon today for Second Harvest food bank. Teaching in Reno this weekend & taking Mark with me for a day away. <3

Being a little productive before I get to come home and rest this afternoon. Booked my room for Reno, NV where I'm teaching Dream.Age next.

Got my Navajo spindle in the mail, plus some hemp top. Can't wait to work with it! Having a spindle this big is going to come in very handy.

3 hour class after 3 hour drive seems to equal Megan falling asleep in class.

Back on the road with a full tank of gas, headed for home just in time for art class. :p

My weekend in hair: cut and colored 4 mannequins & a model, highlighted my mom, cut my dad, brother, & gpa, & taught Dream.Age in Chico, CA.

Gave Elle a Brazillian Blowout today, & it feels like she has brand new hair! Now I'm sitting on my floor as she touches up my extensions.<3

Wow, extensions require a lot of stuff! Just ordered my Donna Bella Milan kit and the hair for my friend. Looking forward to nice new hair!

I just made miso soup, chow mein, and non-breaded lemon chicken. Yum. <3

I just don't get it. Mark listens to Andrew W.K./I Get Wet over and over. There's a certain peppiness that makes it dishes music, but still.

On the docket for today: Clean the office and Matrix closet out, go to drawing class, more cleaning. Matrix Mobile Unit (my car) is next.

Dyed 2 sets of silk hankies for spinning, plied a 2 color wool yarn, am spinning hand carded eco spun, and went for a walk in the park. <3

Turns out the Wyr Knittr does way better with crochet thread than the crappy wire that came with it.

Had a stroke of genius and figured out how to work the Wyr Knittr i've been toting around for years. Got an inch before breaking the wire.

Hooray my new glasses are ready in time for my trip after all!!! Mark's picking them up for me on his way home.
